Hayden Heights

Saint Paul Public Library is co-creating, with the community, a vision to transform Hayden Heights Library.

Update on Hayden Heights Library

September 3, 2026 Update

Renovations at Hayden Heights Library are progressing steadily. Contractors have begun installing insulating and interior walls and have started plumbing work as well. On the exterior of the building, crews are working on sidewalks, curbs, and pouring asphalt for the parking lot. The storytime garden is also beginning to take shape, with concrete poured for the space and the foundation of the walls that will hold up the landscaping is now in place.
