Update on Hayden Heights Library
Hayden Heights Library will temporarily close on March 25 for renovations, which are part of SPPL’s Transforming Libraries initiative.
You may check out and return materials to Hayden Heights Library through Tuesday, March 24.

Construction is slated to begin in spring 2026 and is expected to take up to 18 months.
Hayden Heights Library will close on March 25.

Holds:
Starting March 10, Hayden Heights will no longer be an option to select when choosing a location to pick up your holds.
Materials placed on hold can be directed to any Saint Paul Public Library location. Visit the Holds page in your account to change the pick-up location for your current holds.
Hold lockers are available at nearby Sun Ray Library.
If you do not change the pick-up location, holds will be held for you at Sun Ray.
Mobile Library:
The Mobile Library will continue to make stops in the greater eastside neighborhood, including at Ames Lake Neighborhood and Edgerton Hi-Rise.
