Spaces

Reservable spaces at the Saint Paul Public Library include meeting rooms, study rooms, Workforce and Innovation Center equipment, a piano, and tabling spaces.

Meeting Rooms

Large spaces for meetings or presentations.

You can reserve a meeting room 3 to 90 days in advance.

Frequency limit: 2 times per organization per month at each location.

Free of charge to non-profit groups. For-profit organizations are subject to a fee.

Study Rooms

Small rooms or pods for individual or small group use, up to 4 people.

You can reserve study rooms 24 hours to 14 days in advance. Reserve study rooms in person, over the phone, or online.

Walk-ins are welcome on a first-come, first-served basis if a room is available.

Maximum time: 2 hours per day, 2 days per week at each location.

Study rooms are available free of charge.

Rooms Available at Saint Paul Community Centers

Meeting rooms are also available at these community centers, co-located with Saint Paul Public Library locations.

Arlington Hills Community Center

Community Room A

  • $75/hour
  • Capacity 100 (chairs/standing), 80 (with tables and chairs)
  • Tables available: 11 round tables
  • Chairs available: 100 chairs
  • Video projector and microphone available

Community Room B

  • $25/hour
  • Capacity 25 (chairs/standing), 25 (with tables and chairs)
  • Tables available: 5 rectangle tables
  • Chairs available: 25 chairs
  • Video projector available
  • Conference phones available upon request

Highland Park Community Center

Activity Room

  • 15 people maximum; room includes a white board and a sink.

Ford Parkway Room

  • 20 people maximum; room includes a white board.

Village View

  • 25 people maximum; room includes counter space and a sink.

Innovation Lab Equipment

The Innovation Lab at the George Latimer Central Library is a free community maker-space for adults.

Equipment and software is available for tinkerers, entrepreneurs, artists, hobbyists, inventors, and the curious.

Innovation Lab equipment is available by appointment only to Innovation Lab members. Learn how to become a member.

Piano (Saint Anthony Park only)

A piano is available in the meeting room on the lower level of the Saint Anthony Park Library.

The piano is available when no other meetings or events are booked in the room.

Tabling & Exhibits

Saint Paul Public library welcomes the opportunity to collaborate with individuals and organizations who wish to host a display, exhibit, or table in the library. Availability and space vary from library to library.
