Spaces

Reservable spaces at the Saint Paul Public Library include meeting rooms, study rooms, Innovation Lab equipment, and tabling spaces.

Meeting Rooms

Large spaces for meetings or presentations.

You can reserve a meeting room 3 to 90 days in advance.

Frequency limit: 2 times per organization per month at each location.

Free of charge to non-profit groups. For-profit organizations are subject to a fee.

Study Rooms

Small rooms or pods for individual or small group use, up to 4 people.

You can reserve study rooms up to 14 days in advance. Reserve study rooms in person, over the phone, or online.

Walk-ins are welcome on a first-come, first-served basis if a room is available.

Maximum time: 2 hours per day, 2 days per week at each location.

Study rooms are available free of charge.

Rooms Available at Saint Paul Community Centers

Meeting rooms are also available at these community centers, co-located with Saint Paul Public Library locations.

Innovation Lab Equipment

The Innovation Lab at the George Latimer Central Library is a free community maker-space for adults.

Equipment and software is available for tinkerers, entrepreneurs, artists, hobbyists, inventors, and the curious.

Innovation Lab equipment is available by appointment only to Innovation Lab members. Learn how to become a member.

Tabling & Exhibits

Saint Paul Public library welcomes the opportunity to collaborate with individuals and organizations who wish to host a display, exhibit, or table in the library. Availability and space vary from library to library.
