Celebrate at the Library

Acknowledging and Celebrating African American's Labor Efforts Throughout History

Join SPPL on February 20 from 5-7:30 p.m. at Arlington Hills for a family friendly community gathering featuring open table discussions focused on the national theme of African Americans and Labor. Together, we’ll share dinner, engage in meaningful conversations, and enjoy hands-on Creative Expression activities.

The evening features a screening from She Did That, a documentary highlighting African American women entrepreneurs.

This event has intentionally been designed as a space for Black and African American community members, and all are welcome to attend.
