Maureen Hartman Tapped as St. Paul Public Libraries Director

Maureen Hartman has been appointed director of the St. Paul Public Library system by Mayor Melvin Carter, it was announced May 12, 2023. Hartman has served as interim director this year following the departure of Catherine Penkert last September.
