Library Board
The Saint Paul City Council sits as the Library Board.
Meetings
The Library Board usually meets on the first Wednesday of each month.
All meetings are held in the Council Chambers, 300 City Hall, 15 West Kellogg Boulevard.
Meetings are open to the public.
