The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources is teaming up with Saint Paul Public Library to make it easier than ever for everyone to enjoy the beauty of our state parks—completely free of charge. Now through June 30, 2025, you can check out a free seven-day Minnesota State Parks pass at any of the following five library locations. These passes give you and your family access to all state parks—no entry fee required. 

 

Passes cannot be placed on hold or transferred to another library location.

These Minnesota State Parks passes awarded a limited number of free state parks passes to these five locations by the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources to increase opportunities for individuals and families to enjoy the health and social benefits of time spent at state parks.
