Library in the Park: Hamline Midway Neighborhood

This summer we will host a series of “Library in the Park” pop-up events in the Hamline Midway neighborhood. All-ages are welcome to join for a variety of activities and performances!

Tuesday, June 18 |Horton Park (1383 W Minnehaha Ave, St Paul, MN 55104)
 

Join us for this Library in the Park celebration event honoring Juneteenth and kicking off our Library in the Park series of summer pop-up events. Enjoy cultural performances, stories, games, an old school double-dutch performance and workshop! 

Midway Peace Park (416 N Griggs St, St Paul, MN 55104)
 

Join us for this Library in the Park celebration event honoring Somali Week and part of our cultural heritage summer pop-up events. Enjoy a performance by the Somali Museum Dance Troop, a mini-storytime, and a presentation on the importance of reading.

Join us for this Library in the Park event for toddlers! Enjoy a library Storytime, Noodle Play with Kidokinetics, bubbles, outdoor activities and more! Light refreshments will be served.

This Library in the Park program is an enriching musical workshop with COMPAS artist Kashimana Ahua. There will also be outdoor games and activities and refreshments!

Join us for this Library in the Park celebrating nature and pollinators. Enjoy learning from Camp Fire Minnesota about pollinator gardens. Learn why pollinators are crucial to our ecosystem.
