Open to kids age 0 to grade 8.

Entries are accepted through April 14, 2021.

Entries become the sole property of the Saint Paul Public Library and will not be returned.

Entries may be used without further permission or compensation for the design of the artwork or for other library promotional uses.

Selection of the winners will be at the discretion of the library judging panel.

Winner’s name may be posted online or otherwise used in publicity materials.

An artist may submit more than one design.

Artwork must be completed by a participant ages 0 to grade 8.
