Federal discount program that helps households with lower incomes pay for internet service.
The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) is a new federal program that helps low income families afford the cost of having internet service at home.
Program Benefits
- Up to $30/month discount on your internet services
- Service discount up to $75/month on qualifying Tribal lands
- A one-time discount of up to $100 for a laptop, tablet, or desktop computer (with a co-payment of more than $10 but less than $50)
One monthly service discount and one device discount is allowed per household.
Who Qualifies?
Your household can qualify for the Affordable Connectivity Program:
- Based on your household income.
- If you or your child or dependent participate in certain government assistance programs such as SNAP, Medicaid, WIC, or other programs.
- If you or anyone in your household already receives a Lifeline benefit.
