The Riverview Branch Library is located at 1 East George Street, on the west side of St. Paul, at the intersection of George Street and Humboldt Avenue. Driving DirectionsFrom the east, take I-94 to the Highway 52 exit. Go south on Highway 52 to the Concord Street exit. Turn right onto Cesar Chavez Street and follow it to the intersection of Cesar Chavez, George, and State Streets. Go up the George Street hill and follow George Street for about three blocks at the top of the hill. Riverview Library is on the northeast corner at George Street and Humboldt Avenue. From the west, take I-94 to the Highway 52 exit. Go south on Highway 52 to the Concord Street exit.
